For the integrated training of future professionals, we have the following programs:

  • Internships (full-time for a set period in the summer or six months)
  • Full-time Practice (Professional Experience Modality – ITESM)
  • Part-time Practice

We have a five-stage selection process.

Our Selection Process (Consultant):

  1. Analytic and psychometric evaluations
  2. Competency interview in Professional Development area (HR)
  3. Initial consultant interview
  4. Two analytic interviews with managers or directors
  5. Application and solution of an analytic case

Our Selection Process (Staff Areas):

Five stages:

  1. Analytic and psychometric evaluation
  2. Competency interview in Professional Development area (HR)
  3. Initial interview in the area of responsibility
  4. Application and solution of technical tests
  5. Interview with the responsible partner of the staff area.
