- Analytic and psychometric evaluations
- Competency interview in Professional Development area (HR)
- Initial consultant interview
- Two analytic interviews with managers or directors
- Application and solution of an analytic case
Our Selection Process (Staff Areas):
Five stages:
- Analytic and psychometric evaluation
- Competency interview in Professional Development area (HR)
- Initial interview in the area of responsibility
- Application and solution of technical tests
- Interview with the responsible partner of the staff area.
